Due to the nature of EV servicing and repair work, services once completed are generally non-refundable. However, if there is any issue related to the quality of service, customers are encouraged to contact us, and we will review the concern and provide a suitable resolution.

Spare Parts Return

Returns for spare parts may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The return request is made within 3–5 days of delivery
  • The product is returned with original packaging and invoice

Used, damaged, or improperly handled items will not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed under the following situations:

  • Incorrect or defective product delivered
  • Approved return requests after inspection

Once approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method.

Replacement Policy
